Body odor (BB) often make a person is not confident. Less savory aroma that comes good cause discomfort for the person concerned and the surrounding environment.
In medical terms, body odor called dibromhidrosis (also called bromidrosis, osmidrosis, and ozochrotia) is the smell of bacteria in the body. These bacteria rapidly increase in numbers due to the presence of sweat, but sweat itself is odorless. Body odor is often associated with hair, feet, anus, skin, armpits, genitals, and mouth.
Body odor problem can actually get clean and healthy living. Here are some natural ways that can be done to solve problems of BB:
1. Always wear cotton clothes that are not strictly to help the sweat evaporate more quickly.
2. Shoes and socks are also causing the smell of sweat that out. Wear cotton socks, and if possible wear open shoes to keep feet dry.
3. Could also use a special powder for the feet, so make your feet cool and free of infection.
4. To remove the smell, soak feet in warm water mixed with white vinegar or salt.
5. The practice of yoga and meditation makes body and mind well controlled. This will cause a controlled hormonal secretion. If you feel more relaxed, the less stress due to body odor.
6. Drink lots of water. It will help cool the inside of the body and slow down your metabolism resulting in lower transpiration.
7. Drink young coconut water to cool the body. Eating lemon, orange, and watermelon. Avoid spicy foods, onions, and white.
8. Shower with antibacterial soap. Add a few drops of lavender or sandalwood oil to make the body longer than perfumed deodorant smeared.
