Medical technology now allows doctors to save patients with heart disease better and the high success rate. Unfortunately, the majority of people forget the most basic way to prevent this disease, namely sports and maintain ideal weight.

According to health experts, someone who is healthy and fit was not always able to escape from heart disease. Therefore, we need to recognize the various risk factors of this deadly disease.
