Making bread is easy bother. The secret of success started in buying yeast, to lift the finished bread from the oven. Here are tips for successful baking bread:
1. Do not use too much hot water as the developer of yeast dissolves. Use warm water only.
2. Immediately after buying the yeast, keep it in the freezer.
3. To make your skin shiny brown bread, brush surface with egg white before it was burned.
4. To have good bread, soft, and taste butter, cover the skin with butter after the exit of the oven.
5. Ulenan bread would be enough if your skin sounds hollow when tapped.
6. Make sure that the bread will not stick on the side of the pan.
7. Select a flour high protein flour. Meanwhile, to make rolls or steamed cakes using a low-protein flour.
8. In lieu of self raising flour could use regular white flour with added baking powder (150 gr to add flour 1.5 teaspoons baking powder).
9. If you want to increase the protein content, add the rice flour. To 100 gr wheat flour add 6 grams of sticky rice flour.
