In order to last longer, store equipment or kitchen equipment thoroughly. Here are tips to keep:
Aluminum equipment
Do not let tools get wet aluminum soap too long. If the equipment already changing color, just soak it with water and add a tablespoon of cream of tartar or lemon juice a tablespoon to a quarter of the water. Then rub the surface that changes color with the steel wool pad to missing.
Anti-stick cookware
Use a wooden spatula, a special plastic or rubber so that the layer is not scratched. If there are stains, can be cleaned with a mixture of 2 tablespoons baking soda, one cup of water and half cup of bleach. Heat the solution in the pan a few minutes until the stains disappear. Then wash as usual. Do not soak in soapy water for too long, coatings can keep water and soap to create a sense of soap dishes. Plastic equipment
