Happiness is like to lose weight. You need to work hard to get it. And the fastest way to reach the goal is to create a behavior that really fit you.
Create linkages
Connect your happiness strategy, as was grateful or feel lucky, with environmental cues. Like the Javanese who always feel lucky. When bad things happen, quickly think of the things that you should be grateful. For example, when a family illness, fortunate not to die. If died, fortunately did not suffer long.
Repeat and practice
Always emphasizing self happiness strategy is right for you repeatedly, until the habits and automatically done by itself. If you are happy when given the poor, do it.
Change it
