So important is the skinny for you, so you're willing to do anything to remove excess weight from your body?
According to a study from Canada, 1 in 10 women admitted always overeating. Therefore, they tried to throw back what they consume in any way. For example, 2.5 percent of women also said they regurgitate the food, also used drugs laxative or diuretics to keep their body proportions.
Are they the ones who feel wasted? Apparently not always that way. No one from the 1500 women surveyed had been diagnosed with eating disorders. The average age of these women was 35 years old, living in urban areas, and the majority are university graduates.
Lise Gauvin, a professor in the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine Universite de Montreal, described the results of this study is disturbing. "Women are often faced with many conflicting messages. They were burdened with the idea to lose weight, but also encouraged to eat for fun," he said.
Survey conducted by phone found that 13.7 percent of women claimed to overeat one to seven times a month. Reports from The Telegraph also noted that more than a quarter of women said that they exercise intensely in order to lose weight.
