Many years served on the company but your career stagnate. You never get a promotion, but your friends drove fast. What went wrong? Maybe you less resilient.

Perseverance is the key towards success. Someone who mediocre, but tenacious, promoted faster. They are also more trusted by his superiors and easy to mingle with anyone.

Here are the factors underlying the persistence person. Try to find out if you already have this attitude in work.

1. Adaptive
Easy to adapt in work situations of uncertainty. You are also able to bounce back when dropped.

2. Focus

3. Flexible
