In South Africa It is tradition to have one
of these after supper in place of Dessert
Amarula Dom Pedro

150 ml Vanilla ice-cream

25 ml Thick cream

2 tots Amarula Cream Liqueur

Combine all the ingredients in a blender/shaker. Blend well. Pour into a glass
and garnish. Have one maybe two they just such a good end to a meal or a braai (BBQ)

I once got into trouble making these with a whole Bottle of Amarula and a five litre Vanilla Ice cream put into a Kenwood mixer at way to high a speed "What a spectacular mess" but thats another story
