However, many people who feel uncomfortable to ask for a raise, especially if the boss did not show signs of care on your workload. So you do not look sok tau, or do not know myself, this is what you must do to apply for a raise:

1. Research
Use, make sure that you are worthy of a raise. Salary rate is dependent on the type of company, area you live, and of course your own abilities. Try to check how much the salary of employees in other places with your level, to get an idea of how much should you ask for an increase. Learn all the rules of promotion or salary increase calculations in your company. Who has the power to make decisions about salaries? Does everyone in the salary range you get the same increase? Make sure also that your company's financial condition and doing well. Now, use this information as a justification for your salary increase.

2. Show your work
Do you deserve a rise? Maybe so, but make sure your boss has seen the results of your hard work. You've worked above the target, and can hold a greater responsibility to the job. This is not the time for you to humble yourself. Write down all your accomplishments, and show that you are ready to show higher performance.

3. Advertise your achievement
Express your value to the company, how to provide a list of additional activities have you done to accomplish your tasks. In times when many companies often do layoffs, this is generally done. Are you able to handle work usually done two or three people? Perhaps it takes hard work, but if you are able, you are entitled to ask for reward. Make an estimate of the value of these tasks, and suggest an upgrade in your salary.

4. Flexible
You might ask a certain number as a pay raise, but do not make fixed price. Stay offer for negotiations and consider all the benefits offered by companies, such as insurance, training, or services abroad.

5. Wait time
If the company already has a season salary increases, perhaps this can be a good time to make extra increase that can be incorporated into the compensation that will be discussed. Of course this also depends on the company's financial situation. Be patient, and wait for the right time to deliver.
