The experts recommend that men consume lots of fresh vegetables because it can reduce the risk of prostate cancer up to 32 percent. In addition to tomatoes, apples had and beans also have properties to prevent prostate cancer because quacertin contain active compounds. Recommendations were presented experts from the Mayo Clinic that was published in the journal Carcinogenesis.
In laboratory tests, Nianzeng Xing, cancer experts from the Department of Urology at the Mayo Clinic, proving that quacertin, able to block the male hormone receptors (androgen) that can prevent prostate cancer.
